Step 2: Obtain a Land Use Permit
Apply via the Online Permit Center Portal:

- Fees: $882 (Type I), $2,454 (Type II) + 4% surcharge.
- Processing Time: ~30 days.

Step 3: Obtain an Operating License
- Notify neighbors (250-ft rule): Mail, email, or signage.
- Submit required documents, including:
- Fire safety checklist
- Parking diagram
- Good Neighbor Guidelines – Apply via the Online Permit Center Portal: BendPermitPortal
- Initial Fee: $350 | Annual Renewal: $255 + $100 Transportation Fee
